Great Paper For the Price!

I found this product when looking for cheaper alternatives to traditional fountain pen-friendly papers like Rhodia and Clairefontaine. I've found that though this paper is very thin it holds up very well to fountain pen ink and even shows shading and sheen. There are some pens that I resigned to never being able to use for work due to their heavy flow that I can now use with this paper. Great legal pad and great for fountain pens too! Only took off one start because I wish it came in college-rule as well.

Fountain Pen Friendly

I'm a fountain pen user almost exclusively now. I take several pages of notes every day at school so I was looking for paper that would hold up to the rigors of fountain pen ink. After hearing so many good things about the Sustainable Earth brand I decided to take the leap an buy a 12 pack of the legal pads. I wanted to try them out first just buy one. But I bit the bullet and bought twelve because it was that or nothing. These take all kinds of ink VERY WELL. Diamine Private Reserve even Noodler's Baystate didn't feather much on this paper. So I'm sold and I'm glad I went all in on this.

Love this paper

It's pricy but worth it. This paper has a very nice feel to it it's not crisp nor is it limp it has a very smooth texture where the pen just glides easily across the surface. Also I feel like this paper is more sustainable than tree based paper.
