To Stick or Not to Stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reusing a mailable box was an opportune time to use my new *Scotch packaging tape”. The new roll was easy to use with the enclosed dispenser, which is made from recycled content. First I removed the bright yellow caution piece, then, Located the start of tape, which even with long nails, was easy to start. I threaded the tape, boxed, closed and easily & quietly taped the packaged. After I finish taping I always fold the start back on itself for easy start next time. This is a great packaging tape-no splintering or splitting while using. It is easy for me to recommend this Scotch Sure Start Packaging tape. I love Scotch Brand products (3M). I rated this product a 4.5 because I prefer the Scotch Box Lock Shipping tape. It is a thicker and stronger tape, which I use I on moving boxes. However this Scotch packaging tape is perfect for lighter packages. * I received this free sample from 3M to evaluate.

Reliable Innovative Tape

I am grateful to try what is an easily dispensed transparent tape that rolls out easily, cleanly cuts evenly, doesn’t wad up or fray . I have had trouble in the past with some tapes not dispensing well, splitting and never being able to get a clean even cut again. This tape has consistently cut evenly. I appreciate the tape is made from recycled materials. Great innovation 3M! It is a durable tape. I send books to my home schooled grandkids , this tape gives me confidence that my package will arrive intact.

Scotch Sure Start Packaging Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent sealing and packaging tape. After the initial start, it was very easy to use. Tears off quietly without tearing or splitting to the required size. Easily repairs paperback books (pages and binders), newspaper articles, recipes, and old pictures (if used on back of picture). Adheres to box and label for shipping, for weather protection (if needed) or storing; no need to reposition. As always, a quality product from the manufacturer.

I couldn't get this tape to fail at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M, and the company recently sent me a free sample of Scotch Sure Start Packaging Tape.
What i really liked and appreciated was the cutting edge on the dispenser. It cut straight and it cut straight every single time I used it. The tape is fairly thick, it never split on me or tore. The roll was extremely easy to stsrt unlike some others I've tried in the past.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best packing tape yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch Sure Start packaging tape worked just like it says it would. Very easy to find the start of the tape and it did not tear or mess up. Very high quality and I appreciate that the dispenser is made with recycled materials. Also made in the USA.

Good packaging tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M, and recently received a free sample of Scotch packaging tape which I used to tape a label to and seal up a package being mailed from home. I found it difficult to start the roll and was unable to properly put the tape they it’s feeder. On the plus side the cutter was easy to use and cut the tape with no effort, there was also no splitting of the tape as I’ve experienced with other tapes I’ve used in the past and the tape stuck well to my package. I am also finding it easy to restart the tape for a second use. Regardless of the rough start, I would recommend this product as once you get it started all else is a cinch and works well

Awesome Tape and Dispenser

I am very impressed with the ease of pulling the tape through the dispenser. Our daughter is packing to move and I took this to her house to help her with boxing stuff up. Having small hands, the size of this dispenser is very easy for me to handle The tape pulls through very easily and cuts on the first try. I love the fact that it is made in the USA.

Excellent Quality Multi-Use Packing Tape

It’s easy to get started on the role and the dispenser it’s on cuts cleanly. This clear tape is excellent for shipping packages or sealing boxes for storage or moving.
