Great bike

Ive had this bike for about a week now and its a really good bike, the front suspension is super nice and bouncy and the power and torque is instant. The range is great, its perfect for adventures or long commutes. Overall id say this bike is perfect for any terrain and long distances, and i would recommend

Really happy with my new blutron eb880 this bike is really well made. It's so comfortable to ride has good handling with the bigger tires and has good power on road or off road. I put 14k on yesterday and felt like I only went 1k. I like the battery design it's very secure inside the frame. I love the rear rack it's very sturdy and I bought a zip up water proof bag that straps to the rack to carry my phone water bottle or light grociers. Il be using this thing alot it's a blast to ride. I really like that it has a tail light and brake light that works. Couldn't be more happy 😊

Good bike missing critical item

I purchased this bike to use as a commuter and it works extremely well. The construction is well done and the power is great. The tire size makes it great for sand, trail riding and pathways. Love the fact that the headlight has a daylight sensor. Range was excellent as I got 78km on an 80% charge in pedal assist level 1.
Now for the bad. The bike only has a two position key, on and battery removal. There is no key position to turn off the electrical portion. Yes you can turn it on and off on the screen but there is no electrical lockout unless you remove the battery. This only leaves 2 options when parking it. 1. Take the battery or 2. Leave the battery in and hope no one turns it on and drains the battery.
Hopefully the negative is fixed with a 3 position key. If this is done it would go from 3 to 5 stars.

Great bike, not great to put together

The bike is great, runs great and has excellent features.
It was an absolute disaster to put together. If you have never put together an E bike before, the instruction manual that comes with it might as well be written in a foreign language. There is no details on how to put it together, it’s easier to put together IKEA furniture.
I also couldn’t find any instructions and videos online. The one thing that still doesn’t work on the bike properly is the seat. I can’t adjust it to go higher because it doesn’t stay in one place. And of course, the instruction manual does not tell you how to properly attach the seat.

Squeaky wheels & seat adjuster sucks

Overall great, squeak sounds from both the tires. Everything else is very good. Little heavy for me but it is just a matter yo get used to with the weight. Would give 5 star if the squeaky sound was not there. Also, they need to change the seat adjuster. My seat moves when I ride and it went downwards few time in the middle of the ride.

It’s a “GREAT BIKE EXCEPT” one minor issue the back I bought my Blutron EB880 late June early July since then I’ve had to tighten the back brake over a dozen times because the pads sound like they are gone all I need is the new pads but I can’t because I need the identification number for the right pair

The bike is okay overall. There are many others @ the same price point that give you more for your money. Handles small inclines ok but overall uphill torque was disappointing. Front cable mounts position your cables so that they make contact with the wheel and rub right down to the bare cable, exposing it to the elements/dirt thats causing the cable that shifts the gears to stick and bind inside the casing. Brake pads rub constantly no matter how much I adjust the calipers. Uses a Sciwil lcd computer that doesn't allow for the speed settings to go beyond 32.5 kmh which is uncommon nowadays.
There was a card in the box offering me $30 for a 5 star review, I suspect that's why there're so many.
