Really happy with my new blutron eb880 this bike is really well made. It's so comfortable to ride has good handling with the bigger tires and has good power on road or off road. I put 14k on yesterday and felt like I only went 1k. I like the battery design it's very secure inside the frame. I love the rear rack it's very sturdy and I bought a zip up water proof bag that straps to the rack to carry my phone water bottle or light grociers. Il be using this thing alot it's a blast to ride. I really like that it has a tail light and brake light that works. Couldn't be more happy 😊

Good bike missing critical item

I purchased this bike to use as a commuter and it works extremely well. The construction is well done and the power is great. The tire size makes it great for sand, trail riding and pathways. Love the fact that the headlight has a daylight sensor. Range was excellent as I got 78km on an 80% charge in pedal assist level 1.
Now for the bad. The bike only has a two position key, on and battery removal. There is no key position to turn off the electrical portion. Yes you can turn it on and off on the screen but there is no electrical lockout unless you remove the battery. This only leaves 2 options when parking it. 1. Take the battery or 2. Leave the battery in and hope no one turns it on and drains the battery.
Hopefully the negative is fixed with a 3 position key. If this is done it would go from 3 to 5 stars.

Overpromised, Underperformed — Not What I Expected

I had high hopes for the Blutron EB880 as a daily-use e-bike, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience from the start.
The range is nowhere near what’s advertised. Despite claiming up to 80 km in PAS mode, I barely got 30 km, riding mostly on paved roads and using PAS. I weigh around 100 kg, so sure, that affects range — but this kind of drop is unacceptable.
Worse than that, the battery had strange and unpredictable behavior. Even when fully charged, switching to throttle-only mode would sometimes instantly knock the battery down by 30% or more, as if the bike couldn’t handle the power draw. Then, if I switched back to PAS and kept riding, the battery partially recovered — percentages would slowly creep back up. This wasn’t just a one-time thing — it happened repeatedly.
The motor also overheated during normal riding conditions, which made longer commutes feel risky.
And when the battery dropped to around 30%, using throttle mode would often cause it to plummet to 0% in seconds, completely shutting the bike off — no warning, no chance to get home unless you pedal 30+ kg of dead e-bike.
I ended up returning it and getting a refund, and honestly — I’ve erased this thing from memory like a bad dream. If you need a reliable e-bike for commuting, I’d recommend steering clear of this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just got this bike and so far it is a very impressive bike! On flat straights it’s 32.5 km top speed! I have only put on 50km so far but feels really good solid bike! Was easy to assemble and is very user friendly! Have had a few friends try it out now and are very interested in getting one now!

Best ebike performance

I received my ebike yesterday and I took it for a spin and I got it up to 34.8 km/hrs. I also noticed when cruising at 3rd level the battery stays at 100% which huge compared to other ebike. Assembling was easy I didn't need the instructions. Overall performance and look I give this bike a 10/10. You also get compliments and I find people want to engage and know more about it. Maybe I should be a spoke person 🤔

Blutron EB880 – Great E-Bike!

I’ve been riding the Blutron EB880 and it’s been awesome. The motor is strong, so it goes fast and handles hills easily. It can reach up to 32 km/h.
The big tires make it easy to ride on all kinds of terrain . The seat makes it such a comfy ride as well, it absorbs the bumps on the road. The front shock absorber helps make the ride smooth. Shifting gears is easy too.
The battery lasts a long time—up to 80 km—so I don’t have to charge it every day. It’s comfy, solid, and really fun to ride.
If you want an e-bike that’s powerful and easy to use, this one’s a great pick. A great deal at this price point.

Best bike among the same price range

I got my bike today and it was very easy to assemble. I really love everything about the bike and my son even love it more. We put 20km on it and the bike go 32.5km/hr on pedal assist. I recommend this bike.

A Great choice

I am riding this for a week. I like the powertrain and the 750W beast. The bike is powerfull in uphills. The next thing is the walk assistant mode. It's so helpful. Finally I love the safety system. The power for the motor cut off when you breaking also the bike came with break light and headlight. The only thing I hate is the weight. Yeah it's a little heavy. But a nice bike for this price.
