Sturdy desk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The desk arrived well packaged the various parts were study and well made and assembly was easy taking roughly 30 minutes. The instruction manual lacked information on what the micro movement feature is and does. Visually the desktop does appear like laminate particleboard and I do wish the top had a slightly more high-end finish to match the look of the legs. I worry that overtime the desktop might be easily damaged from cups and other materials. The included wire management area under the desk could be a little bit more organized but gets the job done. The keypad included with the desk was easy to use and allows for preset to your favorite heights. The desk itself is a very generous size and allows easily for dual monitors and a laptop stand or other accessory to the side. I did not personally use the micro movement feature but will try and research how to include this benefit into my day to day routine moving forward. Overall great quality desk and will help to improve productivity with the options to stand and adjust throughout the day and perfect fatigue.

Standing tall while working from home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Workplace 2.0 Micromovement Desk is a great addition to our home office. Our previous desk had no standing feature was bulky and had features on that simply took up space without being functional. The Micromovement Desk however is the complete opposite in the best way. Using the micro-movement smart feature you’re able to find the perfect height for you and any others that use the desk in the home as well. It’s so easy to move it up and down and setup was minimal. Though the desk is heavy once you have it in the place you want it the sit to stand features makes it adaptable for whatever you need for that day or even for that hour! The open top is great for pen and document organizers but can also be used to just have a clutter-free desktop to maximize productivity. The Micromovement Desk not only improves our productivity and gives us more standing hours while working but it also looks sleek and is the perfect size for any office. If you’re like me you have to get those stand hours for your daily health tracking and this desk aids that goal while also helping me to stay more alert and focused standing while working. Would recommend to anyone looking for an automatic standing desk!!

Great Desk for aching backs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This desk has a very modern and sleek design. It's sturdy but not bulky. Setup was simple instructions were easy to follow. Being able to change positions after sitting or standing for a long time helped my husband and I fight the fatigue of the day. The desk itself moves very smoothly up and down. We have dual monitors desk supplies and water bottles on the desk and nothing moves. Having the high and low memory height button makes it so easy to change positions while keeping focused on your work. This desk has helped with our back pain from sitting in a chair for many hours a day. We also noticed this desk top height is taller than other desks we've seen which is great for my 6'3" husband. Overall a great desk to help with productivity and back pain.

Well designed micro movement sit to stand desk

The espresso finish gives it a clean professional look and the design feels both modern and sturdy. It fits in well with my office setup and has a quality appearance. Assembly was super easy all of the pieces were well labeled and the instructions were clear and concise. The desk is pretty heavy duty so two people may be needed to pick up certain pieces and move the desk around once assembled. Adjusting the desk is straightforward though I did notice the raising mechanism can be a little laggy. It’s not a major issue but there’s a slight delay before it starts moving. Once in motion it transitions smoothly to the desired height. The micromovement smart feature is a standout — as someone who is constantly fidgeting and moving it encouraged me to make small adjustments throughout the day which helped me stay comfortable and find an optimal working position. I’ve noticed a boost in focus and productivity because I’m moving more naturally instead of sitting or standing still for long stretches. What I like most about this desk is the balance of style and function. It promotes healthier work habits while still looking polished in my workspace. Overall it’s a strong sit-to-stand option with thoughtful ergonomic features!

It combines the flexibility of a sit-to-stand desk with an innovative micromovement feature that encourages subtle posture changes throughout the day. This has helped me stay more comfortable energized and focused during long work sessions. The espresso finish is stunning—rich polished and far more elegant than typical office furniture. The desk feels spacious enough for my dual monitors laptop and paperwork while its minimalist design blends seamlessly into my space. The build is rock-solid too with no wobble even at its tallest setting. My only minor complaint is that the dark surface shows dust and fingerprints but it’s easy to wipe clean. Rising to the next level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This desk is exactly what I needed. My old desk was stationary and while fine did not help with when my leg and back would start acting up. It helped when it was an excuse to take a break from my work for a few minutes but usually would end up being more distracting. The Workplace Micromovement Desk changed my work life completely. As someone who works at home a lot I'm now able to adjust the height so that the desk is exactly where I need it to be for the best posture. I have a leg muscle issue as well that requires me to stand and now I can simply raise the desk and continue working! I love that it has the "micromovements" because when I've tested out other desks I didn't quite love how much it would adjust from one level to another. Another perk that I didn't realize I would love is that cord organizing became so much more bearable! I used to have to crunch my body under my old desk to reach/rewire my computer. Now I can simply raise the desk to the highest setting and work comfortably as I readjust the wiring. My desk has never looked so professional and ready for work. I recommend this desk to anyone who works from home or just needs something to upgrade their physical health! Love it!

Master class in how to keep improving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On first look you would think that the Workplace 2.0 is a standard-issue standing desk with nothing to write home about. This was definitely my first initial thought on it but I was mistaken. I have a standing desk at home and at work and they both have the same issues with adjusting the height. I have yelled at the sky countless times as the height adjustment eeks past the perfect setting that I so rarely catch. This is something I have gotten used to so I was pleasantly surprised by the micro-movement feature of this desk. Someone smarter than me has figured out this pain point and solved it for the masses. I didn’t think this feature in particular would make me want one of these in every location I work from BUT I DO! This is such a seemingly basic innovation that it’s surprising that it took some time to come to the market but I am glad it’s here. I know I know…well if you knew the perfect height why didn’t you set it as a preset? Thanks for being the first person to say that but the last to understand that sometimes you miss the window and it doesn’t slap you until you go to work and the kids or your partner changed it AGAIN. For those who are very particular about these things this is an amazing experience and I hope that this starts getting implemented in all standing desks going forward. As someone who also does Facilities work for a company I would stick my office spaces with this desk only. This helped the neurodivergent in me and I’m so others would feel the same.
