Excellent product and quality

Absolutely love this desk. It moves smoothly between sitting and standing like it is quietly flexing its skills. The quality feels solid and well-made, with no wobbling or drama. Assembly was refreshingly easy, even for a novice, and everything just made sense. Stylish, functional, and a genuine upgrade to any workspace.

exactly what I needed for my WFH job, with 2x 32 inch monitors and my laptop in the middle and I still have plenty of space. Solid stable standing desk even at max height.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The desk arrived well packaged the various parts were study and well made and assembly was easy taking roughly 30 minutes. The instruction manual lacked information on what the micro movement feature is and does. Visually the desktop does appear like laminate particleboard and I do wish the top had a slightly more high-end finish to match the look of the legs. I worry that overtime the desktop might be easily damaged from cups and other materials. The included wire management area under the desk could be a little bit more organized but gets the job done. The keypad included with the desk was easy to use and allows for preset to your favorite heights. The desk itself is a very generous size and allows easily for dual monitors and a laptop stand or other accessory to the side. I did not personally use the micro movement feature but will try and research how to include this benefit into my day to day routine moving forward. Overall great quality desk and will help to improve productivity with the options to stand and adjust throughout the day and perfect fatigue.

Master class in how to keep improving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On first look you would think that the Workplace 2.0 is a standard-issue standing desk with nothing to write home about. This was definitely my first initial thought on it but I was mistaken. I have a standing desk at home and at work and they both have the same issues with adjusting the height. I have yelled at the sky countless times as the height adjustment eeks past the perfect setting that I so rarely catch. This is something I have gotten used to so I was pleasantly surprised by the micro-movement feature of this desk. Someone smarter than me has figured out this pain point and solved it for the masses. I didn’t think this feature in particular would make me want one of these in every location I work from BUT I DO! This is such a seemingly basic innovation that it’s surprising that it took some time to come to the market but I am glad it’s here. I know I know…well if you knew the perfect height why didn’t you set it as a preset? Thanks for being the first person to say that but the last to understand that sometimes you miss the window and it doesn’t slap you until you go to work and the kids or your partner changed it AGAIN. For those who are very particular about these things this is an amazing experience and I hope that this starts getting implemented in all standing desks going forward. As someone who also does Facilities work for a company I would stick my office spaces with this desk only. This helped the neurodivergent in me and I’m so others would feel the same.

It combines the flexibility of a sit-to-stand desk with an innovative micromovement feature that encourages subtle posture changes throughout the day. This has helped me stay more comfortable energized and focused during long work sessions. The espresso finish is stunning—rich polished and far more elegant than typical office furniture. The desk feels spacious enough for my dual monitors laptop and paperwork while its minimalist design blends seamlessly into my space. The build is rock-solid too with no wobble even at its tallest setting. My only minor complaint is that the dark surface shows dust and fingerprints but it’s easy to wipe clean. Adjustments are quick quiet and easy thanks to the electric motor and programmable presets. The micromovement prompts took some getting used to but they’ve noticeably reduced my neck and back discomfort. It feels like having a subtle ergonomics coach built into my desk reminding me to avoid staying locked in one position for too long. Beautifully Functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been looking for a desk for our shared home workspace for quite some time. I wanted something that looked good he wanted something functional with a deep workspace. This was a great solution for both of our wants and needs. Plus it was easy and fast to assemble. I’m 5’8 and he is 6’1” and we have very different ideas of what comfortable workspace heights are this desk has the best range of height. I even lowered it and let our 7 year old use it to do his schoolwork. It is very easy to adjust and fast. I haven’t quite figured out what will be my optimal heights for sitting and standing yet but the convenience of having the display makes it nice for us both to use it and adjust it quickly. I’ve had back surgery and the micro-movement smart feature is a great gentle reminder to move my position. I end up working for long periods of time and forget to adjust. I am already less sore after a short time using it. So far this feature is my second favorite thing because this desk is absolutely beautiful! The top is very high quality and looks great. I like the shape of the base and it’s not hard to move. It has a good size work area so I have lots of room to spread out and feels very durable. Even my son hasn’t scratched it. Overall I am extremely happy with this desk.

Easy to assemble sit stand desk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] - ASSEMBLY: I was very impressed at the packaging and how easy the desk was to assemble. Each piece was clearly labeled both on the part and in the book and only one tool was required. Very excellent. My only complaint on assembly is the instructions for attaching and assembling the controller were very small and hard to decipher. - SETUP: I really appreciate that this desk has a place to hold all the ancillary yet bulky electronics as part of a basic set up i.e. corded docking station power strip laptop power adapter etc. This is an improvement from other desks I've used and keeps clutter off the desk. The downside is it's fairly small and only has assembly options at the center of the desk. My display mount attaches on the right side of the desk and many of my cords don't reach or are pulled taught so I wasn't able to put everything in it that I wanted to and ended up attaching my power strip to my mount with zip ties. Giving the user the flexibility to move this left right or center (kind of like the controller can be installed left or right) or making it wider would go a long way. - APPEARANCE: This is a beautiful sit stand desk. The wood grain is very pretty and a really on trend muted color with a hint of grey. The size is perfect for my space - spacious enough room for basic desk items without taking too much room. The controller is very discreet and even the buttons are visually well designed. - USAGE: The desk has a sit/stand range bigger than my previous desk. It has only two memory options and it would be nice to have one or two more. All the buttons are very intuitive and the motor is relatively quiet. It has an option to introduce "micromovements" which I've been trying but honestly haven't noticed anything. Not sure if I've been doing it wrong or it's so subtle that I don't notice which is probably a good thing. I love the idea of interrupting a long-held position for ergonomics. Overall this is a great upgrade to my existing desk.

Rising to the next level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This desk is exactly what I needed. My old desk was stationary and while fine did not help with when my leg and back would start acting up. It helped when it was an excuse to take a break from my work for a few minutes but usually would end up being more distracting. The Workplace Micromovement Desk changed my work life completely. As someone who works at home a lot I'm now able to adjust the height so that the desk is exactly where I need it to be for the best posture. I have a leg muscle issue as well that requires me to stand and now I can simply raise the desk and continue working! I love that it has the "micromovements" because when I've tested out other desks I didn't quite love how much it would adjust from one level to another. Another perk that I didn't realize I would love is that cord organizing became so much more bearable! I used to have to crunch my body under my old desk to reach/rewire my computer. Now I can simply raise the desk to the highest setting and work comfortably as I readjust the wiring. My desk has never looked so professional and ready for work. I recommend this desk to anyone who works from home or just needs something to upgrade their physical health! Love it!
