I don't normally like French but,

I have had other brands of French Roast before and found them to be too strong and bitter. That was before I owned a Keurig coffee maker. I like strong coffee so I decided to try this one in my Keurig with pleasing results.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter

Got a sample 4 pack of Barista Prima in the mail today. Thanks guys! I'm digging this French Roast. Lots of flavor and well balanced. I can't see the bottom of my mug with only an inch of coffee left. I like dark coffee. It also feels like they put more grounds in these K-Cups than others. I just weighed them they're the same. But my scale only rounds to 1/8oz. 2 different brands were 1/2oz of grounds. I'm sold on Barista Prima over Emeril's.
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Lots of Grounds, Good Dark Roast, Balanced Smoky, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

Bitter initial taste

Even with Coffee Mate there is no reason to buy this product to overcome the bitterness.
Pros: Pleasing Roast
Cons: Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although I should not have caffeine this is worth whatever I may suffer afterwards. I think this could put some makers down on the rating scale because this blend is great!!
