This did not have an appealing flavor to me. I don't think I would buy this blend.
Pros: Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity
Cons: Roasted Too Light

Extremely sharp, bitter, and acidic with an unpleasant aftertaste. About the only positive factor is its rich and comforting aroma. If you're a fan of French and/or dark roast coffee I suggest trying Timothy's Parisian Nights or Rainforest Espresso. They are deep, bold, and flavorful without the overwhelming unpleasantries.
