The best tasting dark brew I've found. We like strong coffee here. Every so often I try something different, but nothing compares. Please don't ever change the French Roast, it's perfect!

Over time which probably involved several orders where Ihad received A few damaged pods, I finally decided it was time to report the problem. It took several minutes of conversation to try to explain the problem and after several back and forth conversations the customer understood and was convinced that it may have been a packaging problem at their production facility. The gentleman that I had been speaking with made restitution for the damaged pods to my satisfaction and I was pleased with the outcome.
