LOVE this DARK GOODNESS

I love the deep dark taste of this coffee. The full-bodied flavor is there from sip until after swallow. I drink it black, however this coffee would be great with creamer too. I have tried other French Roast, dark blends and I always come back to this one. Starbucks Sumatra is my second favorite, but it's not a close second

This is bold, dark stuff, but without the jolt of the ones with the "extra-caffeinated" names. I start each day with it. And if I'm running late, I gotta finish that cup, and I can down practically a whole mug's worth in one gulp. The finish is less intense than the other Keurig French roasts (in my opinion). Will stick with this till I find something I like better, but I'm not actively looking.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter

Best Dark Roast for A K-Cup

I've tried several Dark Roasts and haven't found anything like this one (BPFR) . Some of the other Dark ones are good like Dark Magic, Bustelo, and Double Diamond, but not as good as BPFR. If you are into good strong flavored coffee and want a real bold dark brew look no further. Brewing on the tall cup setting and not watering down is a big plus. I have to say that as others have mentioned, I had one batch that almost made me change my mind in re ordering. But really Glad I didn't. Enjoy!!!

Good solid cup of coffee

This a good decent cup of coffee. Many times w/ KCups, I find them to have less than enough umph to satisfy my coffee tastes but this is a really good, strong, "real" coffee flavor blend. It's the only one I drink now.
Pros: STRONG BUT NOT BITTER, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Roast

I like a strong cup of coffee and this was one of the best I have tried in a K cup.I went out to buy a case of it but saw the price and backed off. If Barista comes back to earth I will be a loyal customer. Won't recommend this to a friend until there is some price sanity

Excellent taste and aroma. We like 'em bold, and this was bold without being overpowering.However, at [$] a box over other excellent coffees, I'm not 100 percent sure we'll be buying it again.

Great coffee, we love the stronger coffee and this is a good bit flavor wise and smoothness among other varieties of the same roast.
