Pen slides off the counter because it does not have a holder but holders get broken. Adequate for the job expected of it. Chain keeps the pen from being stolen.

A "STAPLE" IN ANY OFFICE ENVIRONMENT

I work in a Ford Dealership and must use a pen constantly. As I'm sure you all realize something so meaningless to some is extremely important to others. Before I purchased the Staples Anchor Pen I was missing at least 10 pens a week. Due to other coworkers "using just for a minute" to customers accidently walking off with them. It's been over 3 weeks and I have not had to replace ONE pen!!! This style pen works on all types of paper (regular copy paper to credit card laser paper). I highly recommend this pen for both home and office. Staples continues to be the go-to place for all my office supplies!!!
