This tea is my "go to" tea. The aroma is wonderful and the taste is very soothing and refreshing both. Sometimes I add a touch of honey if I am in the mood for a slight hint of sweet! I love this tea!

A doctor advised me to drink caffeine free herbal teas. I've been drinking peppermint tea for some time now. I find Twining's Pure Peppermint tea will soothe an upset stomach and the fact that it's caffeine free calms my sometimes frazzled nerves and helps me relax.
