A doctor advised me to drink caffeine free herbal teas. I've been drinking peppermint tea for some time now. I find Twining's Pure Peppermint tea will soothe an upset stomach and the fact that it's caffeine free calms my sometimes frazzled nerves and helps me relax.

This tea has a great flavor that is not over powering and it smells great! For those women expecting, peppermint helps reduce the effects of morning sickness and the tea is good for the body.

I drink this tea every night after dinner with a touch of honey....it is the best evening tea I have ever had! Smooth mint flavor also helps with any digestion issues. This is one tea I always have on hand!

I love this tea!! It has great flavor. I am however disappointed that Keurig has not made it available to all Brewers. My latest brewer cannot use this pod. This saddens me. Please update your pods Keurig so that all your Brewers can use them!!!

I grew up on this tea. Caribbean nanny gave me this every morning with breakfast.Peppermint tea is "the stomach healer" because it soothes many stomach ailments, including stomach aches, stomach pains, stomach cramps, heartburn, gas/flatulence, indigestion and diarrhea, and to promote healthy digestion

I purchased a box because the high ratings caught my attention. I am an occasional tea drinker, drinking a cup approximate 2-3 times a week. Right after I finished my first cup, I immediately brewed another. I could drink this all day long.
