I was so surprised after buying a box on a whim. I tried it around 7 pm one night and I was out by 7:30. I thought it was a coincidence so tried again every night for over a week. It calmed me into a natural sleepy feeling without feeling drowsy. I’m honestly shocked and I’m not even a tea drinker. I definitely recommend and wish I’d tried it sooner.
