I grow my own mint for tea but bought this becuase I sometimes get lazy. I usually use it to make a cup of iced tea. The flavor is good. It isn't nearly as good as my fresh mint tea but not bad for those days you want something easy. The flavor is ince but you can definitely tell a difference from fresh.
