Great Anytime

This tea is my "go to" tea. The aroma is wonderful and the taste is very soothing and refreshing both. Sometimes I add a touch of honey if I am in the mood for a slight hint of sweet! I love this tea!

As a non-coffee drinker with a new Keurig, I knew I needed to branch out from Hot Chocolate. This tea is so delicious, I drank a whole 12 box in a week [Which also happened to be the first week that I owned my Keurig]. This blend is perfect to brew after being outside in the bitter winter winds. Also the cooling effect is excellent for a sore throat.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

Funny aftertaste

I wanted to try this after trying Timothy's brand, but I think I will stick with that one. This does not have a full bodied peppermint flavor. Timothy's had my whole kitchen smelling of mint, and tasted divine. So soothing and smooth to drink. I know that I will stick with that one in the future. Sorry Twinings.
Cons: Artificial taste, WEAK

Lacking peppermint punch

I love peppermint anything! Toothpaste, real pepper mint candies, etc. This is not peppermint. If you go to the health food store and buy bulk dried peppermint leaves you get the aromatic oils still in the leaves. This means the taste is bright, strong, even "icy". This product is anything but. The leaves are old, the aromatics are completely gone. The taste is woody, harsh, brittle, dry. I simply cannot agree with others who found this tea to be peppermint. This can't even be called mint tea in the usual sense. Do not buy.

I was pretty excited to try this peppermint tea. I wanted to smell the peppermint for that good morning wake up smell, don't get me wrong it did smell like peppermint, but very light your nose really had to get close to the tea cup in order to smell it. It was not as strong as I hoped it would be. The tea was watered down and not strong at all you can taste the mint as an after taste. A lot of people love to wake up to a fresh strong coffee smell to get there day going. I am still searching for a strong morning tea smell to get my day going.
Pros: Unique Flavor Profile
Cons: WEAK
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's good. Normally I need a ton of sugar in my tea, but I can drink this straight up. Even my kids like it!

I love tea, especially when I don't feel well. This tea was so aromatic, and tasted as good as it smelled. I hesitated to order it b/c someone reviewed it as "bitey" and another as "sharp". Oh my, I'm so glad I decided to try it. It's very smooth, but bold, and exactly what peppermint tea is all about. I will keep this one on hand at all times.

Wonderful! This is my first time using Twinings Peppermint tea in my new Keurig and I am loving it. I am already on my second cup. The peppermint tea is so refreshing and soothing. I will definitely purchase again!!!
