A good option pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] .Ok my first impressions: 1.I liked the package it has a striking image it has an easy opener to take out the pencils. 2. It has a red tip protector. That is interesting. 3. When writing he has good pigmentation. 4. It was written softly on the paper. That I did not like: 1. The ink smears a little you have to wait a little before you want to run your finger over your writing. thick 2.the writing is very thick and rough.

Great pens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a physical therapist so while most of my day is spent typing away I do find myself jotting notes and signing things throughout the day. These pens compared to the other ones at my desk dried so quickly! I never ended up with mysterious pen marks and smudges all over my hand by the end of the day. They write smoothly and easily on checks regular printer paper labels and even sticky notes. The 0.7 tip is small enough that the lines are fine and crisp but not so small that you accidentally cut through the paper you're trying to use. As you can see in the photo the ink dried almost instantly. There is a small smudge along the bottom of "after" which I dragged my finger across immediately following the word. You can also see how smoothly the pen glides with no catches or skips.

Smooth gel pen with comfortable grip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a fan of gel pens for many years I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Staples Pro Gel Pen. The ink lays down well on paper and dries quickly with no smudging. The black ink is vivid and does not bleed through the variety of papers I’ve tried them on. The pen sits well in my hand due to its lightweight design. A great option for a smooth precise writing experience.

A pen thats a gem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pen has significantly exceeded my expectations compared to other gel pens I've used in the past and I am pen obsessed and have tried many gel pens in my life.. The flow of the ink is remarkably smooth making writing a seamless and enjoyable experience. The ink is consistent and ensures a neat look. Although the ink dries relatively faster than most gel pens I did notice a slight tendency to smudge if not given a moment to set. This is a minor inconvenience considering the overall quality of the pen. The ergonomic grip reduces fatigue and provides a comfortable hold making it ideal for extended use. It feels natural in the hand allowing for a relaxed grip. What excites me most about this product line is the availability of three different tip sizes. Having used the 0.7mm tip which strikes a perfect balance between finesse and visibility I'm eagerly looking forward to trying out the other sizes for various writing needs.

Overall a Great Gel Pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the Staples ProGel Pens in the color Black and the tip size of Fine 0.7mm for the first time I am overall pleasantly surprised. These pens are extremely comfortable to write with and each pen is ergonomically designed with a grip for extra comfort. The size of the writing line is perfect for everyday and professional use. Compared to other gel pens these are very comparable however they do have more benefits than most. They do come in a pack of 5 pens so you can put one in your purse your backpack your briefcase or even on your desk at work. While writing with these pens the ink drys relatively fast to help reduce smudging and they write extremely smooth. I would definitely purchase these again in the future.

Writes so smooth

I don’t have any issues with smearing or smudging as long it has had a few seconds to dry. I particularly like the grip on this pen too it’s very comfortable to hold.

Smooth and quick to dry but not for leftys

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the Staples ProGel pens are a great bang for your buck buttery smooth at .7mm but are not fast enough drying for a southpaw. I use a mix of different brand gel pens and the Staples brand holds up quite well. I take a lot of meeting notes and it stayed extremely smooth over the past week of usage. I don’t highlight much but when I did it didn’t smear. The dry time was particularly good at close to 5 seconds. If you are fast and grabbing highlighters quick you might get more smearing than I did. If you are left handed though it is not fast enough depending on your hold. Grip was really good as well. Didn’t get fatigued through longer meetings. These will for sure be my back up pens going forward due to their great price and comfortability.

Smooth and Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pen glides very well when writing and feels so nice and easy. The ink flow is consistent and bold and dries quickly (in my opinion but I am right handed). It does not require much pressure to write and makes my handwriting look better. The grip is comfortable to hold and take notes write cards make a list - any writing task is much smoother than a regular ballpoint pen. I have only used it for a couple weeks or so so not sure how long it will last but so far so good!
