These are better than the Pilot G2

These are significantly better than the Pilot G2 for the fraction of the cost. The ink is slightly lighter but they write noticeably smoother and feel just as good in your hand.

I can't keep these on my desk! Pen gremlins steal them left and right. I have to resort to locking them up. So these are a win. Consistent and easy flow of writing. Doesn't instantly smear which is fantastic.

Faint lines and inconsistent flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know that feeling as a pen runs out of ink just before you toss it when the letters are showing up but they’re faint and inconsistent? That’s what it’s like writing with these pens. The tip itself is good but the ink doesn’t want to come out of it smoothly. I handwrite at least a full page at work each day and struggled to stick with these pens for a full shift because I was constantly preparing to find a new pen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pens write smoothly with a clean precise line and the extra fine tip is great for detailed work. The blue ink starts out bold and vibrant but I noticed the color fades with continued use. I used them for journaling and work notes and they were comfortable and reliable overall. Best feature: the smooth precise writing—though ink consistency could be better.

Inconsistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the blue extra fine (0.5 mm) ProGel Pen from which I wanted to love but there are some issues with these ones. To get the gel ink flowing you have to scratch the pens across paper many times. Once I got it to work the gel would stop flowing in the middle of writing. I thought maybe I had a bad pen so I used another and also handed some out to my coworker. The consensus was we didn't like it. Not only did the super fine gel point barely work the ink color is so light that it doesn't show up well. I like the idea of of a fine point pen but this just didn't make the cut for what I'm looking for in a pen. What I did enjoy is the finger grip padding on the pen and the actual structure of the pen. If they could work on the execution of the gel then it'd be a great product!

Good at first

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holding the pens is comfortable. Writing with the pens is good at first. They start off gliding well and writing smoothly. My biggest complaint is that after writing for a bit the pen's writing visibility starts to deteriorate. It begins to write as if it were running out of ink.

Pens That Do Not Pen Very Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grip and weight of these pens are comfortable and would be easy to write with. I take a lot of hand written notes and the tip is too fine. The flow of the ink is so low that the writing is faint and hard to read on many different types of papers. These are a pass for me. I’d share a picture but you would t see it :-/
