Love the way these write

This pen writes so smooth and actually makes my handwriting look nicer. It glides with ease and dries quick. The look of the pen is classic and neat. I love the way it writes and will be getting these in other colors. I highly recommend.

Smooth Writing

The Staples ProGel Pen is one of the better gel pens I have used. I don't write a lot but when I do I like a pen that is smooth doesn't leave ink blots on the paper and is easy to handle. I find as I get older comfort becomes a large part of my day to day and the Staples ProGel Pen hits all the marks. I also really like that it is retractable. I have found that caps seem to get lost and pens tend to leak but with a retractable I do not need to worry. I would recommend this brand for anyone who writes all the time or just occasionally like me.

Smooth writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Staples ProGel retractable gel pen (red ink) is my favorite writing pen for everyday use. I use it daily at work because the ink writes smoothly and cleanly and does not smudge. I keep the pen in my pocket and the retractable feature stops the pen from leaking which is a must! The comfortable grip makes it easy to write with and the ink quality is excellent and vibrant. I really like the clip on the pen which makes it easy to keep handy on my pocket. It is a high quality writing pen and I highly recommend it!!

Comfortable Pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I quite liked the comfortability of this pen and it worked well. I personally prefer a thinner ballpoint but the packaging is clear that it is a bold write. I also appreciated that it works when writing with either hand which is rare!

Glides like a dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow just WOW! This is my first time using Staples brand pens and I am kicking myself for not trying them sooner. The pen is great quality with a comfortable grip and weight to it. The ball rolls like a dream and made it made writing in cursive feel effortless with no skips or ink bleed. The gel dried instantly so there is no wait time or worrying about ink transfer. This is definitely one of those pens that you’ll want to keep put away so that no one walks off with it. I plan on buying these in every color!

Great no smudge pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pens. I love a good clicker gel pen and this one did not disappoint. It always feels like I have to be careful to not smudge the ink with a gel pen but even when I tried to intentionally smudge the writing I couldn’t! This definitely fits the bill for a lower cost higher quality pen you can rely on to work well. It was comfortable to write with and write smoothly without skipping or having splotchy ink.

Works well good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pen does everything you'd expect from a red gel pen. It writes almost identically compared to another red gel pen that I have but this pen is cheaper. It writes smoothly and the ink flows evenly. The color is a nice bright red. It writes well on regular paper surfaces but smears on some. But the ink writes well on all the surfaces I'd expect a gel pen to write on. The cushioned grip is nice and comfortable and the retractable style pen is great for me as I hate losing pen caps. I also like the transparent pen barrel which lets me easily see if the pen ink is running low.

Writes smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very picky when it comes to pens. I want to make sure it’s comfortable to hold and writes smoothly. I will say these pens tick off both of those boxes. I had no issues with them stop working like cheaper pens. The grip felt good and I didn’t get finger cramps trying to write. I am hyper mobile in my hand so I have a hard time with my grip but these did help to keep it. The pens wrote boldly and I had no issues seeing what I wrote and it didn’t fade as I kept writing in my planner. I’d definitely purchase more of these pens.
