Love these pens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really satisfied with the Staples ProGel Pens. The rubber grip makes them comfortable to hold even for long periods of time. The medium tip makes writing precise and ultra crisp lines. The black gel ink is the perfect color and saturation on all papers used making writing smooth and professional looking. The ink is even and not to wet so drying time is quick without any smudging. A once click retractable design eliminates the need for a cap.This is a type of pen I will reach for every time feeling both comfortable and preferred writing style. This type of gel pen making the experience of writing professional and pleasing to the eye.The basic outer casing is also my pen style of choice for work and home.

Perfect for a lefty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a lefty in a doctoral program. I have drawers full of every type of pen. These pens are the first fast-drying that didn't leave the dreaded smudge mark on my pinky. They write so smoothly with almost no friction against the paper and the small ergonomic grip gives it added comfort. I prefer a slightly fatter and more pronounced ergonomic grip but this pen is quickly becoming my go-to.

Excellent Everyday Pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pen is an excellent everyday pen that I keep two of in my jacket sleeve. I have been using them for about two weeks now with no real issues. My handwriting is a little messy so I need smooth pens that will glide across the paper easily without hanging up on the paper and this pen meets the mark. The ink dries quickly on regular paper and won't smudge. If you are writing on something a little shinier like an envelope give it a little more time to dry. I decided to try and smear the ink on an envelope right away and there was some minor smearing as shown in pic. The grip has three ribbed sides that keep the pen comfortably in your hand and steady while writing. I'm not sure how long the ink will last because I usually end up misplacing it well before they run out. Comparing this to the last pens I bought this one is smoother by a long shot.

Great gel pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer to use gel pens and was pleased with how smooth the ProGel Pen writes compared to other brands. The pen is comfortable to hold and is not too heavy. The only downside was the ink did take a few seconds to dry and if you are not careful the ink will smudge. I am a nurse and used this pen during my shifts and it held up great for 3 12 hour shifts in a row!

Smooth and dries immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Staples ProGel Pen Fine 0.7 mm has become my new favorite pen. It writes smoothly with clean line and dries immediately. My husband is left-handed and he said that the pen did not smear and the flow was so smooth. It even writes well on thermal paper like receipts. The rubber is easy on fingers and provides a comfortable grip. I used this to write a bunch of thank you notes and my hand doesn't cramp as bad as it is with other pens. This pen works flawlessly and I love how smooth and comfortable it is.

Perfect everyday pen

I love a good gel pen that allows me to write quickly and smoothly with no smearing. It stays screwed tight so you don't have to worry about parts coming loose in your bag or leaks. Really just a nice quality gel pen. This pack will last a long time too. Worth noting it writes well on different thickness of paper too without bleeding.

Smooth but Thicc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pen is a pretty good option for those that like to use gel pens. It writes very smoothly. it has this great balance where although it feels smooth you still feel the paper under it and it has that "bite" instead of the tip feeling like it's slipping all over the place. I also really like the grip on this pen. It's contoured such that there are 3 flat and ribbed sides as opposed to typical grips that just wrap around the pen. The shape of this grip perfectly fits the way I hold the pen with my thumb index and middle fingers and makes for a very comfortable writing experience. The ink also seems to dry pretty quickly I didn't have any issues with smudging or anything like that. My only gripe about this pen is that it comes out pretty thick for a 0.7mm. I wish it came out a little bit thinner. However I typically use 0.5mm pens so this is more of a personal preference. Overall great pen!

Smooth writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first held this pen in my hand I was unsure about how I would like it. I’m used to pens that are round the whole way around the grip and these ones have flat sides to rest your finger on. At first it felt weird to use but as I used it more the grip began to feel comfortable. These pens write SO SMOOTH. As a teacher I go through a TON of pens. Gel pens are my favorite and these ones are so nice to write with. I have been making all of my answer keys with these pens and writing basically everything with them. These are nice pens!! I would buy these again once they run out.
