Love these pens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a working solo parents I need to write EVERYTHING down otherwise I forget it! My To Do lists seem never-ending so it's important to me to always have a writing tool nearby to jot something down. These gel pens from Staples work wonders! They write so smoothly and dry quickly. I did not experience any smearing and the letters had clear beginnings and ends - the ink didn't drag from one letter to another. This pen is super easy to hold quite comfortable and very easy to write with. I love the blue even though I'm usually more of a purple pen person. It's useful to have blue pens in my inventory so that I can fill out important paperwork. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for these pens in different colors!

Makes Me Love Writing Again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really really like the Staples Pro-Gel Pen. It really writes smooth and I love that it comes in a Fine tip as that is my favorite tip to write with. I have used other gel pens in the past but the ink has always bled on the paper and at work that can be really troublesome because once that happens I would have to start over again which doesn’t make me very productive. The Staples Pro-Gel pen did not bleed at all! I touched the paper immediately and it dried so quickly…that made me very happy! The pen was very comfortable to write with. It felt light and soft against my fingers and I wrote. What I like most about it is that it seems durable and that it seems to me that it will be long lasting which is what I need to have on a daily basis at work. I also like that the black ink is dark and that it did not smudge and it gave me confidence to be able to complete my tasks on time. I really am impressed with these pens and I will make sure to share about how great they are to my coworkers and my friends!

Stellar Gel Pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very specific about the kind of pens I like - I don’t like when they smear or run and I like when they glide and are easy to write with. These pens fit exactly what I love in a pen! They write easily they don’t smear and they have a strong black ink color. Love them!

Nice and Smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been firmly committed to a specific type of erasable gel pen and use it for virtually everything these days because it’s clean erasable and just works fairly well. With that in mind I wasn’t sure about trying a new pen because well…if it isn’t broke don’t fix it! That being said this pen is great!! It writes SOO smoothly and dries pretty darn fast like if you write a short word the ink is going to be dry by the time you finish writing that word so you won’t smudge as you go from word to word or line to line! The pen is comfortable to hold it has a nice contoured and cushioned grip. I think overall my favorite part about this pen would have to be how smoothly it writes. I feel like there are a lot of gel pens that do not write smoothly at and that is definitely not this pen. It is not reminiscent of the gel pens of my youth (I’m sorry gel pens I don’t like saying it because your metallic colors and marble-y colors were great but many of your gliding abilities were less than stellar). If there was an erasable version of this pen I might be in heaven (I’ve been told I can be dramatic) but as it turns out sometimes you need a non-erasable pen and this pen is it. This pen is what you need!!

Dry Smooth and Long Lasting indeed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to The Stellar Product Testing Panel for the provision of these gel pens for me to test and review! My overall impression of the Staples ProGelPen is that this is an awesome product for those who love to write in ink! I was thoroughly impressed by how quickly the ink dried! No smudges or ink stains on my hands after using this pen is a huge plus in my book! Other gel pens I’ve used in the past have always left stains or smudges on my hands or papers so this pen is definitely a cut above the others I have tried. Perhaps it’s due to the fine pen point or maybe the secret is in the pen’s solution either way I’m a happy customer. As a huge fan of stationary pens and all things school supplies I’d definitely purchase these pens again. Writing with the Staples ProGel Pen is very comfortable and smooth. I like that it includes a little gripper. However what I enjoyed most about this pen though remains the quick-dry time which is hard to come by in the gel pen variety.

Smooth and precise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love gel pens. I find they are smoother and cleaner than regular ink pen. These Staples ProGel Pens are no exception. They are bold and vivid on paper. They are not messy or watery. They have clean lines. They do not take time to dry. It is instant. They do not smudge which is a prevalent problem with many gel pens. The gel is thin so it doesn’t bleed into other pages. I have used it for a couple of weeks and have had no problems so far. It didn’t skip and the ball didn’t get stuck. This is such a great pen and I am happy with it.

Always love a good gel pen

They did feel a bit bulkier than others I've tried but I don't think they actually are bulkier so maybe I was actually feeling a sturdier product?! I do think they write smoothly although it seems like it may be thicker than 0.7mm on some surfaces (though I definitely did not get out a ruler to check so again this was subjective). The drying time did seem quicker than other gel pens I've used which would be the reason I'd use them again over other brands since drying time with gel is so key to not making a mess of whatever you're working on with them!

Comfortable and Efficient Writing Utensil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed the ergonomics and smooth writing efficiency that I was able to achieve with this pen product. The pen glides easily through the paper while writing and the ink drying time was plenty quick. I would go as far to say that the pen might be superior in reference to similar styled pens. I thought holding this pen was pretty comfortable because the grip feature was present and allowed me to rest my fingers without putting too much pressure on it. Although it was comfortable writing with this pen I thought the gel ink could be a bit darker in form because it did bleed a bit through the paper. My overall impression of this gel pen is positive because it seems to be a great value for the type of pen it is and there's ample amount of ink to write for quite a while. I feel that this gel ink pen might be better than other gel pens because of its aesthetics and ergonomic grip. For these reasons and insights I have no qualms about recommending others in getting this pen product.
