My new favorite pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very impressed with the Staples gel pens. I work in an office full-time and gel pens are the most commonly used instrument for me. I also use highlighters a lot so it’s important to me that the gel pen dries quickly so that when I highlight the ink does not smear. These pens really impress me with their drying time and nice crisp lines. They write super smoothly and they are very comfortable to write with. These pounds will become a new staple in my office. I also told my coworkers about these and they love them as well.

Quick drying on most paper and oh so smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a 5 pack of Staples ProGel 0.7 pens. This is a very smooth writing gel pen with a bold black color that is comfortable in your fingers due to the cushioned grip. The ink does dry rather quickly but not instantly on all paper types. This ink smeared on card stock but not in my planner. I have used other gel pens that do the same. I like the smoothness of the Staples ProGel best and will use it often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ProGel pen is amongst the best. It glides smoothly across the paper with no kinks or skipped lines which is essential when prioritizing neatness and speed. You won't have to stop and go back over lines. It has a comfortable easy grip and does not leave indentations on your fingers. Unlike many other gel pens I did not experience any bleed through even when I purposely tried to flood the paper making it possible to write on both sides of the paper if that's your jam. The ProGel pen is quick dry but not instant so there is a very slight possibility for smearing. Be cautious lefties! The rich concentrated ink colors make it a dream for artistic use. My son has pilfered a few for his sketch book! I love this pen and will be making it my primary pen for note taking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples ProGel Pen is a great option for a gel pen. I love how smoothly it writes. The ink dries quickly especially for a gel pen. I have the blue color and the color really stands out especially on white paper. The grip is comfortable and the pen is easy to use. I have some at work and some at home for personal use. This is a great pen for everyday use!

Good option for retractable Gel Pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pen writes smoothly on multiple types of paper with minimal smudging. Does not pick up a lot of fiber from more textured papers. Ink flows smoothly with no splotches though it occassionally has a dot when first starting to write.The ink reservoir appears to be fairly large. The blue ink is not super dark / pigmented but is very legible. The pen has a comfortable grip and the retracting mechanism feels solid. The clip appears fairly robust for a disposable pen. It is comparable to some of the gel pens made in Japan. The one downside is the packaging. It was very difficult to remove one pen from the cardboard perforation in the 5 pack.
