[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of the red gel pens packaging was very positive. The transparent cover provided a clear view of the red pens inside which was a nice touch. The pens themselves are excellent—the-boldness and fine point are phenomenal and they write smoothly and cleanly without any smudging. The grip is comfortable and ergonomically designed making it easy to write for extended periods. Overall I’m very satisfied with these pens. I would definitely recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pens are awesome! They are super smooth and I love the fine point for clear writing. My husband is a teacher and he keeps stealing these away from me. They're very comfortable with an ergonomic grip and I use them for a lot of writing happily. Coming from a family with serious pen use (teacher full-time nursing student and 7 year old obsessed with pens) we are very happy with these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been pleasantly surprised by the Staples ProGel pen. For the past 20 years I’ve been a loyal customer of a different brand but having had a chance to test Staples’ version I’m seriously considering switching. For starters the quality of the ink on the page is as good as I’ve come to expect. It’s crisp clear and doesn’t smear as much when it gets wet. As for the build of the pen it’s quite sturdy. I like that the clip is firm and that it comes apart toward the bottom rather than in the middle (which keeps me from taking it apart incessantly!). At first I wasn’t entirely sure about the triangular grip but after a little practice I much prefer it over what I’ve been used to. Perhaps the biggest surprise is the price. It’s more affordable than what I’ve been using but the quality is the same if not better. For all these reasons I highly recommend giving this pen a try.

Great Replacement for Pilot G2 Pens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pens look feel and write just as good (if not better) than the Pilot G2 pens. Same fine point at 0.7mm smooth glide and ink responsiveness on paper (but at a more affordable price!). I like the comfort grip being more ergonomic than the Pilot version so if you need that extra contoured fit for your fingers this pen is for you. The red ink was also brighter compared to others—like a bright red lipstick so just stands out better IMO. Overall worth a try if you need a substitute for or just don’t want to spend more. Great job Staples!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions are everything and this value pen does not disappoint. Right away it fits ergonomically in your hand highlighted by the modestly angled rubber grip. It's not your typical circular grip and the hold is fantastic. I will say it's slightly... and I mean only slightly... larger than I would desire but my hand is on the average size for a male. The Red Ink is perfect for mark-ups and note taking and it stands out boldly. The 0.7mm tip is perfect for everyday writing although the ink (like all pens) takes a handful of seconds to dry. The pen glides on all surfaces and would recommend to anyone.

No Smudge Ink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these pens! They write smoothly and don't smudge which is a big plus for me because I hate having ink on my hands but love gel pens. The pens have comfortable grip and are easy to hold and use. The fine 0.7mm point makes writing precise and easy. I prefer a smaller point which can be hard to find but these were perfect. I had a few laying on my desk and my kids took a few and enjoyed using them as well. Overall they're very user-friendly and perfect for detailed work.
