A dark horse winner

Who would have thunk such an oddly named coffee would be one of the better GM offerings? Lake & Lodge somehow does get exactly the "outdoor" feel they mention in the literature. It's just downright pleasant. A darker roast that just delivers.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity, Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

Great Dark for a Medium Roast Girl

Not much on Darks, but was pleasantly surprised with this one..as we tried this from a variety pack. I will be ordering this!
Pros: Not Bitter, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste

Very Interesting Flavor

This coffee tastes just as the name would have you believe- it has a very "woodsy" flavor. I thought it was rich and dark. I love a coffee that doesnt taste like all the others. Enjoyed this one!

I haven't had my Keurig for too long and I've tended to buy up at the most popular end of the spectrum since I figure the highest rated are probably the best. I haven't been disappointed either but I ventured down to 4 stars and bought a sample 5 pack of Lake and Lodge. Its the best I've had. A very deep, almost smoky taste without aftertaste. I think of my coffees in terms of seasons and I would classify this one as a late Autumn type of coffee. Perfect for a Fall morning but probably too strong for Spring or Summer.
Pros: Aroma, Finish, Unique, Full body

I "double" brew this at medium cup size, and I absolutely love it. I am a huge Tim Horton's coffee addict, and of all the K-Cups I've tried, this comes the closest when brewing it as I do. I like a full-bodied coffee, but find Starbuck's just too darn strong. This has become my favorite... by a long shot.

First of all, my compliments to Keurig for getting my order to me in less than 24 hours with just regular free shipping.Ordered yesterday, fed exed to me today. Wow! This was a new try for me and I do like it. It certainly does have a unique taste and aftertaste..smoky but not too acidic.Not unpleasant, but definitely different. I like it. I brewed it on the largest cup setting and enjoyed it with just cream. Not sure if it would be overpowering in the 8oz brew setting. I enjoy having the option of trying new flavors in the 5 k-cup sample size which is how I sampled this one. Not sure if I would buy an entire box of 24.

Smooth and rich!

This blend is so smooth and strong but never bitter. Holds up well to flavored creamers - you can still taste the coffee. Also great for iced coffee.
