Imagine yourself at the cabin on the lake with a fire in the fireplace heating the quiet room you are sitting in with your pajamas still on watching the sunlight bounce off the fresh snow. That is this coffee I was so surprised of the taste.
Pros: Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the coffee I choose to start my day with, strong but not too strong. Great taste and smooth enough for afternoon and/or evening cup! Delicious and my personal favorite!
Everyone has their likes and dislikes, this coffee for me was NOT very good. Very bitter and a very bitter aftertaste. Not much flavor either, but what flavor it has is bitter.
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My favorite after doinner coffe

This is what I always like to drink after dinner...robust, flavorful and slightly strong without being bitter.
I like this blend. I think that the idea of the name came first to the Green Mountain people and then this earthy, woodsy blend was conformed to the idea. I'd compare it to a doughnut shop blend, but stronger. I haven't had Emiril's in a while, but I think it's similar, but [and I'm going from memory here] Emiril lacks the roundness this has. Since some reviewers said this was like licorice or cigarettes, though I find that to be some really strange sensory malfunctions on their part, I'd suggest you order a sample first. This is one of my favorites, along with Newman's and Caribou.
I usually do not like dark coffees, but I bought a 5 pack to try, and I love it! I will be ordering a 24 pack now! It is wonderful to be able to buy a small pack to see if you like it.
