A Good Purchase

The digital monitor is working very well. Improvement should be made on the base of the unit that has the microphone. Currently the unit is so thin that it fall on it's side very easily.

Plug for charger broke on box

Love these but due to using it alot on and off the charger the charger part fell back into the box and now you can't charge it anymore. Only had it for alittle over a year. Kinda disappointed. If it wasn't for that I'd still be recommending this to friends and family.

good distance LOW VOLUME

We have a one year old and three year old and a three acre backyard! Needed something so we could go outside and play or walk the dog while the little one napped. Distance of range is great but even the highest volume is low. I'm sure if she's crying ridiculously it would be louder but she wakes up quietly/not like that so for now I have tied some yarn through it and sadly wear it around my neck to keep it closer to my ear so I can hear it! Was comparing this and the phillips advent but picked this bc the phillips turns off when there's been no noise for a while and is supposed to kick back on when noise is made in the room (to reduce power) and I was not ok with that at all. So definitely not perfect but if u need the range it works. (We use a summer infant video monitor inside the house/as our main monitor)

This was one of the few items we needed to replace for our third baby. Other monitors we had cost way more and were not as clear. We get great reception no matter where we are in the house.

Poor Quality

OI bought this monitor for my first child. We did not use it often and it worked ok except dropping the signal and needing to be reset. Two years later with baby #2, the parent units won't hold a charge and may not even work - even when plugged in. I was hoping for something more reliable from Graco.

We bought this because our old monitor was pretty much done and wanted one with better range so we picked this one up because of the advertised 2000ft range but it is significantly less than our 600ft old monitor so will be taking back.

Great Monitor

We've had this monitor for over a year and it is still going strong. I have not even had to change the battery. I've dropped it so many times, it's practically indestructible. Our house is over 2000 square feet and I get a great signal throughout, and outside as well. For as inexpensive as the unit is, it is perfect. We are very happy with this purchase.
