Great monitor

We got this monitor when we had our daughter in 2011 and it worked perfect until recently when it stopped holding a charge. I loved that it had a good range and I could take the receiver with me to take the dog out while she was sleeping. Over all this is a great monitor and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Poor sound quality

This product would make strange noises or not pick up the sound when my daughter was fussing. I ended up taking it back and getting a different brand. We lived in a 2 story house and that seemed to be too much distance for the monitor even though I was directly below her room.

Thank you Graco! Listen, I don't need to psychotically watch my baby on a video monitor. I don't need to know what her heart rate is while she sleeps. I just need to hear her when she stirs or cries. This was the perfect price and does just what I need it to do!

Great Coverage!

I bought this monitor a week ago. I haven't used a monitor with my children. I have a daughter who is almost 3 and an 11mos old son who share a room. We went through tons when my daughter was born and just couldn't find one with a clear sound. They were always static. I refuse to use a video one that must be used over WiFi. So one night my daughter vomits and I don't hear her until she cries. She had it everywhere but especially, up her nose and in her eyes. Complete gut wrenching moment as she still takes a pacifer at night. So the hunt began again. This is the first I tried and I love it except...the battery life. I read reviews on another website where one person's battery lasted all day, night and into the next day. Mine doesn't even last a full night. The instructions said do not turn on before charging for 16hrs. As soon as I plugged the charger in, it came on by itself. Maybe that's why. I've contacted customer service so hopefully they can help me with it. Otherwise I love it. It's so clear that I can hear the quietest mumble from my son. It is a relief knowing that I will hear if anything happens.
