This is my personal favorite, after trying many. This is strong, but not bitter - and is a VERY smooth cup of coffee. My husband prefers a medium, I prefer stronger, but this one is absolutely perfect for both of us.
Little nervous about trying this coffee, I like a nice light or medium blend. The description was perfect & I am thrilled that I gave this a try. Great for both hot & ice coffee. If you like a mild coffee don't be afraid to try this. I brew on 12oz. For hot & 6 or 8 oz. for ice. Love this coffee.
Pros: Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste
Sometimes it's hard to find a dark, strong coffee that doesn't end up bitter and too acidic. This isn't one of those coffees. I like strong coffee and dark roasts and this is the perfect coffee for me. It's my favorite of all I've tried so far. It's an easy drink, incredibly smooth and with just enough flavor. It's my go-to coffee!
My family has just begun using K-Cups. Our first, blind order included Newman's Own, Twining's Morning Breakfast Tea, and some Chai. At the office, I've grown fond of Donut Shop and Dunkin' Donuts K-Cups. After discovering Caribou's Mahogany, I'm hard-pressed to drink anything else. We really enjoy this blend.
After using my Keurig as a new "toy" and experimenting with many varieties, I have come to the conclusion that Mahogony is my all time favorite. I know that all of our tastes vary, and there is no right coffee that will please everyone, Mahogony is it for me. Enjoy...
If you enjoy mocha-anything, you will enjoy Mahogny. I think it's a one-cup-at-a-time brew. You probably won't want more than one cup of this? (At least I don't) Mahogny's bold mix of spice and chocolate make it an interesting conversation starter: A perfect after-dinner coffee for guests. I recommend adding sugar, half and half and a whipped topping. Cinnamon is also a nice accompaniment.
