This is a good dark roast, but it doesn't taste as it is described.... no sweet taste or vanilla. It tastes like a typical dark roast. I was a bit disappointed. I don't think I will go out of my way to get this.

Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity

Smooth Coffee with a More Robust Flavor

This coffee works well in the morning to wake you up and also in the afternoon when you'd like something interesting after a meal or in the afternoon. The coffee is on the stronger side, without being bitter or acidic. A hint of nuttiness makes this more than just coffee. Worth a try.

This coffee isn't horrible but is a lighter roast than I prefer (although it's a dark roast). Will recommend to the other people in the house that prefer a lighter taste.
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Not Bitter
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Roasted Too Light

I usually like my coffee strong, except later in the evening. Mahogany isn't strong but has a good aroma and taste, perfect for my last cup or two of the day.
