I recently went back to this coffee that I loved years ago...I still love it. Bold, dark roast...perfect for morning coffee.

A great new flavor to me in dark coffee

Keurig was out of my regular, Peets, so I decided to try this Caribou Mahogany coffee. What a great flavor treat! So hard to find a favorite now, so many are getting to be great. Good to switch around I guess. Dark, rich, heavenly! Never bitter, acidic either.

The Caribou Mahogany is excellent for the person that wants a full bodied cup of coffee without bitterness or bad aftertaste. I would also like to see Keurig.com offer the Caribou Obsidian, which is even darker and richer, and hard to find. Obsidian, along with the slightly milder Mahogany, are excellent coffees for those of us that love the Caribou brand and an extremely rich cup of coffee without being bitter or overbearing on the palate.
Pros: Balanced Acidity, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste

Love this coffee!

This is replacing my Barista Prima Italian Roast as my favorite. This one is much smoother, better balanced & I love it. I am done looking for my go to in Kcups.

Not great (but not horrible)

I like bold and dark coffee so I had high hopes for this one. While it is a strong coffee (if not brewed with too much water), it is not overpowering; however, the taste leaves something to be desired. It is, as the description says, very "woodsy" and "leathery," while the chocolate and molasses flavors are not discernible. The coffee was not so bad that I couldn't finish a cup, and I have since then finished the 24 pack box. But I just tried to "get through" this box so that I could move on to a dark roast, bold flavor I do enjoy, such as Coffee People's Jet Fuel.
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bold without bitterness

I was pleasantly surprised at the full flavor of this coffee. I drink my coffee black. This has been a great discovery and I will be reordering this one!

This is the second time I am ordering Mahogany. I really like the smooth texture and taste. It's odd for me to say I really like a particular coffee because I love coffee and I am very picky but this one makes the cut
