I wasn't really expecting it to actually taste like wood - guess I didn't read the description as well as I thought. Didn't get the molasses, chocolate, or spice flavors...just wood.

Read the reviews and thought I would love this one since I love the other Caribou coffees. The flavor was weak and I tasted the woody flavor and not the molasses, vanilla or chocolate flavor others mentioned. While the aftertaste was not strong or unpleasant it would not go away. Odd for a bold coffee lacking flavor. Also, two out of three of the Mahogany K cups i brewed did not brew properly, only brewed 1/2 a cup. There must be a defect in some of the Mahogany K cups. I won't buy this one again.

Heaven in liquid form!

With the very first sip, I was hooked! If you love an extra bold, full bodied coffee, with zero bitterness and after-taste, not to mention an aroma that had people popping into my office to see what I was brewing, Mahogany by Caribou is for you!
Pros: Not Bitter, Absolutely The Best Ever, Smooth Taste

Tastes way too much like Charbucks Coffee. Has that "over-roasted - almost burnt" taste. I like several of the Caribou coffees but this one was roasted too long!
Pros: Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unpleasant Flavor

I order this on auto delivery 48 kcups. A mistake. Thought it would be stronger
then my usual Obisidian . Not even close. Now I'm stuck with it. Will stick with
