A Great Cup of Coffee

I enjoy the taste of pure black coffee and after my first cup, all I could keep repeating was "Wow, that was a good cup of coffee." The flavor is perfectly dark and smooth, dynamic without being overpowering or acidic, smooth without being wimpy. It's just a perfect tasting cup of coffee. The aroma is very organic and woody and the flavor is consistent to the last drop. best brewed at 8oz. setting.

This is my very fave... But it must be everyones fave because it seems to always be out of stock. Please order this in more frequently.

The best coffee ever

This coffee is so smooth and rich, the flavor is almost creamy before adding cream. I love it in lattes. The flavor is strong enough to add a large amount of milk and still have a strong coffee taste. Yet is is smooth enough to drink straight up. I can't say enough good things about this blend.

Heaven in a Cup for Bold Coffee Lovers

After buying myself a Keurig coffee maker, I then purchased five different bold roast coffees to try. The Mahagony was my absolute favorite event though all the others were also good (compare to Sumatra, French Roast, Italian Roast). It's hard to describe for an "Average Joe" like me but this delivered bold flavor without a harsh after-taste.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Bold but smooth, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

I wanted coffee that could stand up and walk to my cup, but that wouldn't be bitter. Mahogany fits the bill and then some. Smooth and strong - the perfect combo for early mornings!

Not as bold as expected

I did not find this coffee strong enough for my taste. I usually drink medium to dark roast, but this one seems light in comparison. I tried brewing 'strong' and only 6oz, instead of 8, and it was better, but still seemed to lack a full flavor; it was enjoyable, though I won't buy it again. We love the Caribou Blend variety, however.
Pros: Good Flavor
Cons: Not Very Bold, Need To Brew 'strong' 6oz
