The best of the best! This coffee suits my tastes exactly. If, like me, you enjoy a deep, rich, dark roast with bitter-sweet notes, you MUST try this one. Extremely full-bodied without an excessively bitter or acidic taste. Stands up well to added milk (if you take your coffee that way), goes nicely with pastries or dessert, and is good any time of the day.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Balanced Acidity, Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

About five years ago ordering K-cups for my first time I was sent caribou mahogany (not what I ordered) I took care of my father full-time and was very overwhelmed in his care I put the K-cups downstairs thought I would deal with it
later and forgot.
A month later stumbled into the K-cups Paid all that money and forgot about them. I said to myself they’re mine now so I grab a box out of the case And go up to make a cup of coffee Thinking to myself the whole time... I wonder who I’m going to have to give these to.
I took my first sip… Then I took my second… I came alive! My mouth was singing my belly was singing I suddenly didn’t know where to hide them so nobody could get them.
OMG Best coffee I have ever had. Wow.

Wonderfully bold brew

I wanted something that was Fair Trade and sustainably grown, and found this particular product. It tastes great, has a really bold and wonderful flavor, and something I look forward to in the mornings. It makes me feel good knowing that I'm enjoying a quality product that's sustainably made.

I enjoy Caribou's coffeehouses, however I can't recommend this particular blend. It had a nasty, burned taste and was bitter. The aftertaste was pretty nasty. I enjoy dark roasts, but this had no depth or body.
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Aftertaste

Not what I had hoped for

I lived in Atlanta for three years, so I am quite familiar with Caribou coffee. I had high hopes for the mahogany from the description, but I would reverse the order of the description -- it is more woody and leather than molasses, spice, and chocolate.
Pros: Unique
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, Unpleasant Aftertaste
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
