Discovered this coffee when we couldn't find a coffee we liked at a good price. This one turned out to be perfect for the price. I could get better coffee only if I wanted to pay MUCH more money. I highly recommend... and have. And those who tried it upon our suggestion have loved it as well.
I tried, I disliked, I moved on. I'll be giving the rest of this to my Dad, he drinks EVERYTHING. I don't know how this got 4.5 stars when it's so (am I allowed to say horrible?)
Pros: My Dad Will Enjoy It
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, No Taste Bitter Taste, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body
While not as good as grinding your own Eight O'Clock Columbian beans, these K-cups make a good, solid cup of coffee at a great price at local retailers. They avoid the temptation to over-roast, as many higher-priced coffee brands do. Good stuff.
I use the k cup variety in my Keurig brewer. This coffee smelled pleasant, but did not have enough flavor for my liking. It reminded me of hot dish water at times. I wouldn't buy this coffee again. I would recommend the eight o'clock Italian roast. It was much more flavorful.
Pros: Not Bitter, Smooth Taste
Cons: Roasted Too Light, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Not Enough Flavor, Unappealing Or Flat Aroma
you can drink this coffee black. Im on a diet that says no cream and couldn't find a coffee that was strong yet smooth without cream until I bought 8 O'clock Columbian.
