I've had this S23FE for a couple weeks and I love it. The only thing that I wish that you could expand it's memory.

Consumer cellular won't replace

I've had this phone on consumer cellular for several months now for a year and it's constantly overheating and discharging itself when it overheating cuz I'm about 40% and then all of a sudden the screen starts overheating and then charge drops to 4% and the phone shuts off and yet consumer Cellular won't exchange the phone sounds like it's a problem with it they said it's a problem with your phone

The Galaxy S23 series comes with improved heat dissipation technology, including a wider vapor chamber compared to previous models. This allows heat to be dissipated more effectively. If you experience your device heating up, you can use the "Optimize now" feature in the Battery and Device Care settings. You can also add the "Optimize now" widget to your home screen for quick access. Here's how to do it:
1. Open the settings menu.
2. Tap on "Battery and Device Care".
3. Tap "Optimize now".
4. Once the optimization is complete, tap "Done".
5. Tap the More Options icon.
6. Tap "Add to Apps screen".
7. Long press on "Device care" in the Apps screen.
8. Tap on Widgets to open the widget display option.
9. Tap the icon to add it to the home screen.
By following these steps, the device care widget will appear on your home screen. Samsung also offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects and provides the option to add Samsung Care+ for eligible devices. Haven't loved a phone in a while

Got this phone as a replacement for my not so great Galaxy A03s (I just needed a phone at the time). So this phone wasn't even on my radar but the sales associate sold me. I absolutely love this phone and I got it at a great price. It's amazing and does everything.

I bought this a week ago and it look great and have great feel when I hold it in my hand , although the phone heats while playing games due to 8 gen 1 processor ,rest of the features are cool.It has a great battery life too (By setting refresh rate to 60 hz) almost a day and half
