Transferring data was a breeze and most features felt quite familiar with my prior Samsung. I also have a Samsung tablet where the on/off switch is above the volume control. Why on earth would Samsung reverse that on the S25? Also, why is it a challenge just to find a way to turn the phone off. Certainly not intuitive. Last night, I plugged the phone at 55% charged in to my Samsung charging cable. This morning, the phone was very hot and totally dead. After it cooled down, it accepted a charge and it works.

I needed to replace my 7 years old Samsung phone and this Galaxy S25 base model worked very well for me. Good screen quality, pictures, general management.
I needed a replacement for my Samsung S8 Active. I preferred a smaller phone with more capability. The S25 not only fit the bill, but with a case it is undetectably larger than my S8A. It is the perfect phone for me.
Good speed but the battery is weaker than the two-year-old, free Orbic it replaced. Much better camera though. Also the Nanit app requires a phone restart to recognize a breathing band, but that might be an app issue instead of the phone.

My wife cannot stop commenting on how light the phone is. Great screen and very responsive. Highly recommend. We have a number of Samsung products and keep coming back cause they don't disappoint
I like the phone except the camera protruding out from the phone.

Hey Summer, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy S25. We are happy to hear that you are so pleased with the usage of your new device. We do recommend protective cases on all devices to ensure protection from accidental bumps and drops that occur throughout ownership of the device. This will have the added benefit of having the device lay flat and protect the camera lenses as well. We have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team if you are interested in exploring accessory options for your device. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages
