I’ve been using Samsung phones for as long as I can remember, but I think this one will be my last. You brag about how good your cameras are, but the last truly good one was on the Galaxy S9. Everything after that has gone downhill. The cameras struggle in low-light environments, and don’t even get me started on the phone updates. 🙄

No SD Card makes this not even a consideration as a practicle device.
Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, March 4, 2025
Hi there Weapon, we appreciate you taking time out of your busy day to share your thoughts about your Samsung Galaxy S25. We understand that our customers may need more storage than comes installed with their device. We have moved away from physical storage expansion to help with the durability and water resistance of devices. We do have available cloud based digital expansion options that will help you keep all of your important data and media, as well as access to it across your ecosystem. We have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team if you have any questions about this feature. Terrible performance and system layout

Terrible new system. Just switched from the S20 5G and this new phone is Terrible. You have to swipe down and right to see notifications as opposed to them being right there less choice in phone set up, forced updates you don't want or need unless you're Tech savy enough to figure it out. A.I, galaxy assistant all forced to be on you're phone that i don't want but don't have a choice. So many system operations that it drains your battery. Basically had to give this phone a lobotomy to get it up to 17 hours minimum of battery life. I've since given the phone away and gotten my S20 5G fixed for simple and easy use again. Do not buy this for a grandparent or parent if they aren't tech savvy. They will not get it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 3rd Samsung Galaxy phone; my last phone was a S10 which I had for 6 years & was still working fine. But I decided to upgrade. I am still learning how to take advantage of all its features and so far, very happy with it! Glad I made the jump :)
I haven't upgraded a phone in almpst 7 years. I am so glad that used Samsung to compare phones. I got exactly what I wanted, color and all!! I love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!
