Samsung is not staying loyal to its customer base

I had chosen Samsung because they were different than the other big phone company. Different is not bad but they had great differences. I did not have to pay more to have more storage space because I would just switch my microSD card from my previous phone to my new phone. I use to brag about this and used this as an example of why Samsung was better. The phones use to come with wall chargers and wired earphones. I can understand no longer including earphones as wireless is the way to go now but not having a slot for expandable memory and no wall charger and still charging the same (actually more) for less? I have been a loyal Samsung customer/ advocate for at least 15 years, but I think this may be my last Samsung phone. Time to research and move on to another company for my next upgrade.

I can't get a US carrier to actually use. Since it's unlocked, it should function with any carrier. The rest is awesome.

Super slow

Slowest phone I've had in 10 years. Connected to wifi or not, still super slow. I didn't know they still made phones that operated this slow. I wasn't too fond of my s10 but this s22 ultra is absolute junk. I'm done with Samsung when this contract is up.

I love my S22 Ultra

The phone is amazing I always love the built-in S pen, I'm glad this phone made it back, New name but same great product. I would not mind a pill camera punch out for a proper face unlock feature like windows hello. Using IR and ultrasound. Let me Join you team samsung I got great ideas lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has been my daily driver for over a month now. It's the best all around phone on the market. Battery life is superb. Performance is unmatched. The 22 Ultra outclasses my coworkers new IPhone with ease. Feels like quality in the hand, whereas the iphone feels much less premium. It's photographs are amazing , especially in low light. If your on the fence , don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.
