Agreed - Bring Back The Original Formula

I agree with the other reviews, this new formula is awful!!! They should have kept the original formula as it was great! I usually don't always buy name brand products but I was a loyal buyer of this soap for the kitchen. It definitely doesn't smell as good and doesn't lather as well. I will be buying another brand of soap going forward unless they bring back the original formula. Sorry Softsoap, you messed up on this one.
Cons: Poor Lather, Unattractive Packaging, Unpleasant Smell

I do not like this product!!!

The original product was wonderful. I bought several containers at one time. Loved the refill also. Please bring back the original formula either citrus extracts. This one was thicker and had a better smell. This new product isn't even worth buying, it's terrible. This product isn't worth rating!!!
Cons: Difficult To Use, Poor Lather, Thin and runny, slides right off you hand

The original formula with the citrus extract was more effective against onion and other cooking odors. The new formula doesn't do the job!
Pros: Easy To Use, Pleasant Smell
Cons: Not as effective without the citrus extract, Poor Lather

Lemony water for your hands

I loved the original Softsoap Lemon Kitchen Fresh Hands and have used it for years. I couldn't find my usual refill bottle at the store, so I got this other Softsoap Lemon hand soap and it is just terrible. So watery and useless. I can't wait to throw it out and am extremely disappointed. Now looking for something, anything, else to use in my kitchen soap dispenser. P.S. I accidentally clicked on 'received as a sample' below, but there is no way to unclick. I did not get a sample - I have purchased and used the original product for years.
Cons: Dries Skin, Poor Lather

This new formula is garbage!

This used to be a great handsoap fit the kitchen, but they recently changed the formula and packaging and now it is just an ordinary handsoap. The old version had a better consistency and scrubbed hands clean of handling raw meats, eggs, and other foods. It now comes in a smaller size as well, so no value. I will not purchase again.

COMPLETE waste of money!! Do Not Buy!!!

Too bad you ruined a GREAT product by changing the formula. I will NEVER buy this again and will tell anyone who will listen not to waste their money!! I have been buying and using this product for years and am very sad to have to do without.

Very disappointed. Product is watery, doesn't lather, doesn't have the fresh scent as the original with the beads in it. Don't feel clean after using it. Please go back to the original product.

Pretty color. Buts thats it. Doesn't lather, my husband hates the smell. I bought the 56 oz bottle thinking that it was the same as one I purchased a while back in a small bottle. Sadly, it is not the same. Can I get a refund? At least 48 oz are left. I object to wasting money.
