Miss the old formula!

Used to be my go-to for the kitchen! The new formula is thin and doesn't lather. It also doesn't have a strong scent and doesn't get rid of odors like the old formula. This only comes in a small bottle. Bring back the old formula and the big refill bottle! This was not a sample.
Cons: Poor Lather, Unpleasant Smell
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why did you change?

This product WAS the best liquid soap on the market. Our most recent purchase seemed to be different. The soap was much thinner and did not lather. The package claimed 50 percent more, but we had to use 100 percent more to get a reasonable lather. I hope you will revert to the old formula.
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Pleasant Smell
Cons: Not economical (Use too much), Poor Lather

I will not buy this product again.

Loved the old formula but it is hard to find. Please bring it back. I will be using another brand until you do. I did not reveive this as a sample but it will not let me choose no.
Pros: None
Cons: Consistency, Difficult To Use, Poor Lather, Sticky Residue

If it's NOT broken, don't fix it!

I loved the original formula of this soap. It is no longer available in the large refill. I purchased 2 of the small size with a pump and poured it into my clear kitchen soap container. When the new formula mixed with the old, a horrible white scum formed! WHAT THE ----! It is gross and no one wants to use it on their hands. Please bring back the large refill in the original formula. This was not a sample (re: question below)

We have recently updated the formulation of our Softsoap Kitchen Fresh Hands Liquid Hand Soap and only our most current formulation is available. I am very unhappy with the changes made to this formula. I have used this for years and loved it. Now there are no scent beads, it is water thin, and the scent is vastly finished from what it was. I will use what I have on hand then I'm switching to something better.
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: No scent beads, Poor Lather, Smell is absent, Twice the amout needed now

Been using for years, but where is the large refill

Really like this product, kitchen hands fresh antibacterial liquid hand soap.However, why doesn't this kitchen citrus come in a large refill bottle. I used to buy the refill , it now I have to buy the small one; unless that is the reason, to get the consumer to spend more and buy the smaller bottle. Bring back the refill bottle.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Easy To Use, Kills Bacteria, Long Lasting, Pleasant Smell

Product change is NOT what I want

I have used the Kitchen Hands soap for quite a while and was very pleased with it. I do NOT like using antibacterial soaps all the time, and resent that you have turned one of my favourites into one. You advertise that it's 50% more than the previous version, but if it's not what I want I don't care and won't buy it. While it still smells pretty much the same, it doesn't leave that nice fresh citrus scent on my hands.
Pros: Easy To Use, Pleasant Smell
Cons: Antibacterial, Poor Lather, Scent not as clear as before, thinner than before
