I would NEVER buy this again

I bought this because it is soft-soap. That is THE brand, right. I like the smell of citrus so I bought some for kitchen. It is so liquidy that it runs off before you can rub hands. I put it on a washcloth. No lather. I think it is scented water. Will not buy again
Pros: Attractive Packaging
Cons: Poor Lather, no body, runs through fingers

Bring Back Original Formula

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back your original formula! This new formula is horrible- not sure why you even changed. Why fix something if it is not broken- very unhappy customer !

The original formula with the citrus extract was more effective against onion and other cooking odors. The new formula doesn't do the job!
Pros: Easy To Use, Pleasant Smell
Cons: Not as effective without the citrus extract, Poor Lather

Bring Back Old Formula PLEASE!!

I loved the old formula and had been using it for years. I hate the new formula - it dries my hands, it feels thin & watery, smells bad, and won't lather. WHY did you change such a good product? I'll be searching for a new brand.

Cons: Difficult To Use, Dries Skin, Poor Lather, Unpleasant Smell

The old product was so much better. The new product is not.

The old formula was way better than the new formula. The old formula cut through dirt, smells, etc. The new formula doesn't clean hands well at all.

Kitchen Fresh Hands - AWFUL New Formula

I have been using Kitchen Fresh Hands for many years. I purchased the new refill noting it appeared different than the old formula with the little gold "beads" missing. I can't believe how poorly this lathers. It takes a minimum of 3 pumps to cover my hands and doesn't even make me feel clean. I'll be looking for a new product.

NOT HAPPY WITH NEW KITCHEN FRESH HANDS FORMULA

I have been buying and using your Kitchen Fresh Hands soap for many years because it was the best kitchen and bathroom soap out there. In a rush, I grabbed a 56 ounce refill bottle at the store and didn't notice the different appearance at that time. I noticed the difference when I was about to refill a pump bottle in my kitchen. I noticed the difference in color and thought maybe it had been tampered with. I opened it and realized it does not smell the same as the old formula. I read on the back not to use with other hand soaps, not realizing that statement includes the old formula (there was a small amount of the old formula when I poured the new into the bottle). It looks like a science experiment gone bad. I threw that whole bottle away which is difficult for me to do because it is so wasteful and I am on a budget. I replaced the old bottle with another bottle of the old formula I recently purchased. Not only is the viscosity very different, I have to use much more of the new soap than the old soap to get clean and clean smelling hands. I have been putting rubber bands on the pumps of the old formula to keep my grandkids from using too much with a single pump of soap. I am so very disappointed in your new product and won't be buying anymore of this new version. I'm afraid I will now have to search for another brand that hopefully works as well as the old formula of this soap. It's like the New Coke fiasco many years ago and I hope that your company will also return to the tried and true old formula of this hand soap.

Unlike others I have no problem with this soap lathering. I love the clean fragrance and nice feel of this soap.
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Cleans Effectively, Easy To Use, Pleasant Smell
