Bring Back Original Formula

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back your original formula! This new formula is horrible- not sure why you even changed. Why fix something if it is not broken- very unhappy customer !

New formula very disappointing

We echo the other reviews. Old version was great. New version is watery, does not lather, and lacks citrus smell. On the hunt for new brand for kitchen use. Will be pouring out my under the counter dispenser asap. Very disappointing. Wondered if the soap had been tampered with before saw the other reviews.

Miss the old formula!

Used to be my go-to for the kitchen! The new formula is thin and doesn't lather. It also doesn't have a strong scent and doesn't get rid of odors like the old formula. This only comes in a small bottle. Bring back the old formula and the big refill bottle! This was not a sample.

Hate new formula-minus 5 stars

I would give it negative stars but the form won't allow it and I felt compelled to write a negative review. I loved the original formula. This new one is useless. Label looks like a cheap generic brand so I already was suspicious when I bought it. Rightfully so. I will not buy it again unless they return to the original formula. Why did they mess with a great product? You blew it C-P
Pros: Can't think of a single pro
Cons: Doesn't cut grease, Doesn't do ANYTHING, Doesn't neutralize odors, Poor Lather, Unattractive Packaging, Watery

I would not buy this product again

Very disappointed in the new formula. The new formula appears cheap and does not lather. WHY did you change the formula!!!!!! I will no longer be buying soft soap products due to poor quality.

Disappointing change

I have used the Kitchen Hands Soft Soap for years and loved the fragrance beads and way that it cleaned my hands when cooking. This new version is a bad marketing decision and misleading. The label touts "50% more". What that means is that water was added to make it more liquid. When you pump it onto your hands, it runs off. Terrible product. I'll look for another brand.

New version is AWFUL

I wouldn't use this new version if it were FREE. The original version was my absolute favorite. It smelled amazing in a natural I just rubbed lemons all over my hands kind of way. It lathered beautifully and really made me feel clean. I'm a fanatical washer, but it never dried out my hands. I was on the hunt for a few more refill bottles when I discovered the formula had changed. It's terrible!! The smell alone is enough to make me hate it- the lovely natural lemon scent has been replaced with a horrible chemical scent that reminds me of a harsh floor cleaner. It doesn't lather very well either. One try was enough to make me throw the entire bottle into the trash. So disappointing. I would have given this a negative rating if possible.
