During the covid 19 pandemic it's been pretty darn hard to find soap. So, when my son called from the local store, telling me they had softscrub.. I told him to grab it fast. He had watched a full pallet of bleach totally disappear in front of him as he stood and watched.. I don't know what's wrong with this softscrub.. I have never bought the kitchen, lemon scent before.. but no matter how much you use.. you don't get the lather one would expect.. it also leaves some kind of film on my hands that I needed dish soap to wash off that film !! I'm not happy with the product and I feel bad for my son that was so excited that he found real soap !!
Pros: Pleasant Smell
Cons: All around horrible, Poor Lather, Sticky Residue
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bring back the original formula, please.

I just love the orignal formula in the rectangle bottles, especially the 20 oz. size--it was a terrific product. I have bought the refill and honestly, it is awful. It has none of the attributes of the original as far as lathering or feel, or pretty much anything. I have no idea why you would change a winner. Plus you are not making the 20 oz. size any more, correct? That is a perfect size for kitchen use because anything smaller gets used up very quickly, and in the original formula, we used it all the time. Please bring back your original product--and I would appreciate a 20 oz size, but I'll take the original formula and refill it.

Formulation Changed! Please bring back the older formula

Sometime within the last few months the formula changed. The new formula is thinner and does not work as well as the older formula. Also, the new formula is incompatible with the old bottles. If you use the new formula in the old bottles, the soap is too thin and will make a mess of your sink area. Please bring back the original formula and clarify that this is pretty much a different product under the same name.

This is a new and wonderful scent

My husband purchased this product. Hand soap is in limited supply currently. I personally wouldn't have chosen this scent but I'm glad he did, it's wonderful.
Pros: Pleasant Smell, Softens Hands

Using this soap is a happy walk down memory lane for me as it smells like Jean Nate' fragrances from my youth.
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Easy To Use, Locks in Moisture, Pleasant Smell

I use kitchen fresh hands at every sink. It is my one and only hand soap. The first time I used it, I actually cried tears of joy. I cannot tolerate fragrances. I'm mystified by people who want their hands to smell like coconut, berries, flowers, fruit, or other things. When I take a bite to eat, I don't want my food flavors to be overwhelmed by lingering fake fragrances on my hands. When I'm exposed to fragrances, it takes only a few minutes before my eyes water and I begin to cough or find it difficult to take a breath. I bought this product, went home and washed my hands, lifted them to my face and sniffed, and absolutely cried tears of joy because my hands finally smelled like... HANDS. All afternoon I couldn't stop sniffing my hands. Then I went back to the store and bought more. Not only does it not add a fake fragrance to my hands, it removes odors. Chop an onion, wash hands with Kitchen Fresh Hands, and the onion smell goes down the drain. You have a customer for life, if you just keep making this product.
Pros: Leaves hands smelling like HANDS +++++, No lingering fake fragrance

I've used this product for years in my kitchen because it was so different from the other liquid soaps. It had tiny particles in it and did not leave a residue, making it great for vegetables. It left a squeaky clean feeling rather than a moisturized feeling that you don't want on your vegetables, but didn't dry out my skin. The previous formula cleaned better and required a smaller amount to do the job. The old bottle had a rectangular shape. I included a pic. If you want the old formula back like I do, please let them know, too.

Cons: Formula has changed, Leaves a lotion like residue
