Discontinued the original formula - Big Mistake!

Why did SoftSoap change such a good product? Worked great, smelled great and NO soft hand soap was as attractive looking.
Cons: Poor Lather, Unpleasant Smell

Bring back old formula

I've used the soft soap kitchen fresh hands for years and loved the old formula. The new formula is watery and doesn't lather well, which is a must somewhere like the kitchen. Further, soap doesn't need to be "antibacterial" as research demonstrates that this could lead to resistant bacteria. Regular soap is effective for keeping your hands clean in the home. Please bring back the old formula.

New formula is terrible. It doesn't compare to the old one. To thin and it doesn't remove the odors like the old formula. I will not buy it again.

Bring back the old formula. This replacement is Awful and the reviews show this.

Hate the new formula! Bring back the old

I have purchased the old product for years and would drive all over to find the refills. I was having trouble finding them and bought a regular size container. I noticed the liquid looked a little different but boy is it different when you actually use it. It is horrible! I will not buy it again. So sad as I loved the old formula. It was fantastic for the kitchen. Softsoap you messed up big time. Bring back the old formula!

I can't imagine who led you to this product change.

I noticed it was not foaming like normal and just felt weird. I didn't know the formula had been changed. After using the bottle down a bit I added the last of my last bottle. It turned milky. I knew then that there was a formula change. Now I have to use up the other two bottles I bought before I find a replacement. I don't know if I can stand it that long. Why would you mess with success? Must be a much cheaper formula. Someone in R&D led you down the wrong path.

The original formulation was perfect - high lather, cleaned extremely well, left hands moisturized. The new formulation does none of these, and is antibacterial as well - which is harmful to the environment and counter to the trend in consumer products. What were you thinking?? The old formula was unique. Bring back the old formula!

Formulation Changed! Please bring back the older formula

Sometime within the last few months the formula changed. The new formula is thinner and does not work as well as the older formula. Also, the new formula is incompatible with the old bottles. If you use the new formula in the old bottles, the soap is too thin and will make a mess of your sink area. Please bring back the original formula and clarify that this is pretty much a different product under the same name.
