[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Widh there was more internal storage, but it's a solid phone being that it's a cheaper galaxy. Mine is cracked but it's still running solid. Great battery, I use snapshot a lot on it and it lasts all day, sometimes even longer than a day.

Worst Phone I've Ever Owned

This is by far the slowest, buggiest, most infuriating phone I've ever owned, and that's coming from someone who switched to this from a Pixel 6, the second worst phone I've ever owned. Every single app crashes almost constantly. Even the built in keyboard app crashes. THE KEYBOARD!!!! How does one of the most basic features of a smart phone crash?
And on top of that, it's incredibly slow. Imagine trying to type a simple message, but nope! You have to wait over 10 seconds just for the keyboard to pop up, and then for each letter you press, it takes upwards of 3 seconds for the letter to show up in the message. Then you make a mistake and don't realize it until you've pressed 10 more letters, but you can't do anything about it because it'll take the phone half a minute to catch up. And by the time you're finally able to fix it, you forgot what you were trying to type in the first place. That's my daily life now.
I have no idea how Samsung messed up this badly. I've had other Samsung phones in the past and they didn't have these issues. But this one is almost unusable half the time and slower than a snail the other half.
