[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A12 is a horrible phone. Slow. Not enough memory. I switched back to my note 10. I do not recommend.
Response from Samsung USBy DebraSocial & CommerceMarch 20, 2023
Hey Chilla, thank you for finding the free time in your busy day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy A12. We appreciate your honesty as we strive in providing the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers while we remain committed to constant innovation. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most marvelous experiences when using our products. Samsung products have a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Did you know that your Galaxy A12 has expandable storage capabilities of up to 1TB when you add a microSD card to your device? If you're looking for more internal storage right out of the box, I would recommend checking out the Galaxy A23 5G, the Galaxy A42 5G, and the Galaxy A53 5G. Each of these phones offer you at least double the amount of storage, if not more, compared to what you currently have in your Galaxy A12. They even offer you more RAM! If you have any additional feedback to share with us, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/Twitter-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info

This is the worst phone I've ever had to use
on August 21, 2023
Posted by: CarolMD
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to use the A12 phone temporarily, when I was added to my family's mobile plan. I demanded a Galaxy because I'm loyal to the brand, and it was the cheapest one available to get and pay off right away, until I could afford to upgrade to a better Galaxy phones.
I LOVE the Samsung brand, and I've always been extremely pleased with the Galaxy phones, but the A12 is absolutely the worst phone I've ever owned! The only good thing about it was its battery life, and the brand. Other than that, there is nothing good I can say about it...
I couldn't transfer any of my apps to it, because there was barely enough storage space for the built-in apps and OS updates. The picture quality was laughable, if it would even take a picture without force-closing mid-capture. It didn't have the fast charge or wireless charging features, which are musts for me. The volume during calls, for notifications, and while playing media, was barely audible even on max volume. Again any app I tried to open would either not open to begin with, or force-close when it did open, due to taking up too much memory. I hated that phone and was very grateful when I finally dropped it and cracked the screen, rendering it even more useless. I finally paid off my previous Galaxy Note10+ and switched the sim card immediately! I love everything about the Note10+, besides the fact that the stylus won't connect or work for air commands anymore. I wish I could get that fixed, it's just not in my budget at this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant make cellular calls. I tried two diffetent network providers. I can receive text messages and access the LTE network. But a phone that can't make or receive calls is almost worthless.
