[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung A12 for work I'm on-call 24/7, I use it for research, and I use it for gaming. Over all it performs great I think a bigger screen and more built in storage space would be great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great if you're only using it for the basics. I bought it for my dad and it works. But if you looking for something that works for games or taking long good quality videos then this phone may not be for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone to make and receive everyday uses such as checking my email and use it to print wireless. It does everything I need it do. The only thing that I dislike about the the A12 is the camera. My pictures always turn out really grainy and blurry. But overall I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

This phone was adequate for my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a rural area, in a valley between 2 small mountains. Phone service when I am at home is fine. On the road here? A different story as I often lose a signal and I am not able to connect with navigation tools. I cannot rely on the phone for directions or navigation.
I always carry a paper Rand McNally paper map when I travel.

We never want our customers to feel like they are having anything less than amazing experiences when using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. There are several reasons why a phone's or tablet's GPS signal may not work properly, such as a communication failure with the satellite. Other times, it could be because your Location is disabled or because you are not using the best Location method. GPS works best where signals can be received. It requires a direct, open view of the sky in order to communicate with satellites. The following can result in lost connection of GPS signals: > Tall buildings are blocking a direct view of the sky, or when there is not a clear view of the sky. > A storm is causing obstructed views of the satellites. > There are too many clouds, although this is highly unlikely. > The GPS settings are not turned on. > The device's screen has been turned off. > The device is being held in a manner which blocks the antennas. This is especially true for the Galaxy Z Flip if it is folded close. > The phone is set to a Power saving mode. For the best GPS signal, the device should be set to High performance or Optimized. > The app that uses GPS (like Google Maps) is listed as a sleeping app. You'll need to remove it from the list.
