This scanner is AMAZING. It is quick, easy to install, able to do multiple pages one at a time but is so quick to add pages on. I am very impressed. No more clicking pictures to scan from my phone. Fits beautifully on my desk.

Very fast and now works great. Problems when attached to a usb 2.0 hub. The 3.0 hub was needed.

This worked right out of the box and does exactly what I need it to do. I love the size and weight and the case I purchased for it fits nicely into my bag. I wish it would scan the docs to the same pdf rather than requiring me to combine them once they are all scanned but it's not a big deal considering how easy everything else has been with this.

I sent a message to Brother. I lost the cord and ordered a new one that does not seem to work so i am unable to use it at all
