I am 68 years old and still getting comfortable with using devises. The thought of having to figure out how to set up a scanner and remembering how to use it was overwhelming. Your product is so user friendly, this scanner has become my new friend. It may sound lame, but I feel so smart and confident when I go through the steps to scan something. DONE! I'm sure there are many other people out there who feel the same as I do. My advise is just read the instructions they are really easy! Thank-You!

Great Gift for any age

I had received this document and photo scanner for a gift and was very well pleased with the performance of this little scanner. I have limited space, so having a bulky scanner was just not an option for me. The size is quite easy to store in small places. The hardware was fairly easy to access online and set up. I have uploaded several family photos and will eventually upload to the cloud so my whole family can share all our old family photos. If your into ancestry, this will be a useful tool as well to upload those documents and old photos to your accounts to share your historical documents with relations from around the world. I have lots of plans for this great scanner. Archiving my artwork, scanning family cookbook recipes....the ideas and projects are endless. I can't wait! I still have to learn to tweak a few things to my liking and wish that after I scanned photos they would display the icon of the image itself so I can more easily separate the documents, but it may be something I can figure out how to remedy with a little research online. Overall, great product!

It took me maybe an hour to figure it out how to install the device,once I was able to set it up right,its easier to use and operate,so far it does the work and it will be easy for me to bring the device anywhere as the size permits.

A fast way to scan

For the price, this is a good and reliable scanner. You do need to regularly clean the scanner glass area before, during, and after each use or your scanned image will have a vertical stripe or stripes running through it.
