Reliable printer

The printer is fine. It is easy to set it up. But the scan function is not working well. It stopped working and I had to learn how to fix it because it got disconnected with my pc. I need to find time to do it.

Printer +, clearing errors very difficult

Mostly I love the printer. However, the software connection has become increasingly unstable, creating many printer errors which freezes up the access to printing and requires many reboots of both computer and printer to clear the problem print job from the print queue. Were it not for that, it would be perfect!

Love it!

Got this model a couple months ago to replace my old Brother printer that was wearing out. I really like this new all in one duplex. The print quality is excellent, and so easy to use for printing, copying and scanning. Step up took only a couple minutes and was super easy to do. Easy to print from the Brother app on my phone or from my PC.

Brother Multifunction Laser

I love this multifunction laser. It is quiet and quick printing. The scanning and copying are real conveniences. It was intuitive to setup and learn the functions. The only "problem" was getting used to a different way of doing actions. I was getting very disillusioned with my HP printer and it finally literally burned up.
